Hammer, saw, fold, stamp, twist, shape, and heat metal as you create your own sculptures and jewelry! Students will explore copper and brass sheet metal and wire while learning how to make both 2-D and 3-D designs.
Young artists will safely experiment with basic hand tools—such as mallets, cutters, files, pliers, and torches—with one-on-one guidance from the instructor. This hands-on class is a unique opportunity to try a new art form, build skills, and create special metal artworks to take home.
Fun with Metal is a half-day afternoon program.
Tuition for this class includes a fee of $20 for materials provided by CAW.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be in writing via email to registrar@creativeartsworkshop.org. Refund requests prior to April 1 will be refunded 100% to the original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds after April 1.
