Interested in capturing great images but not sure how to get started? Let’s cut through the confusing choices of cameras for the new buyer or help you with the digital camera you have.
Unravel the various capture modes of the camera to take you beyond the “Auto” setting. Students will learn simple techniques to use light to craft your images and take your photographs to the next level. All types of subjects will be covered including portraits, action, and travel photography.
The first session will focus on camera controls, exposure principles, and color balance. The second session will explore the best light and composition for your images.
Beginning film photographers will also find the workshop valuable.
This two-day workshop also offers an optional Thursday night images workup and problem solving session from 6-9 pm.
Tuition for this class includes a fee of $20 for basic materials provided by CAW.
