The key to better images is mastering basics of composition and lighting. This is true not only for photography, but drawing and painting as well. We will focus on the commonality of great composition in the visual arts via the medium of photography. We will use both natural and artificial lighting both indoors and outside. We will first cover the basics of digital photography and then move on to crafting your images.
At least one session will include a model. You will learn to process your Images using a simple Adobe Lightroom workflow with our on-site iMacs.
This course also offers optional practice sessions between classes, held on Thursdays from 6-9 pm.
Tuition includes a fee of $20 for basic materials provided by CAW.
School Policies
Students who withdraw 48 hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund or credit toward another class, less a $25 registration fee.
