The Edible Book Tea

Saturday, April 1, 2017

9am: Set up your book for display
10am: Show opens to the public, plus Book Arts projects for kids
11am: We serve tea and eat the books!

What is an edible book? It’s made of something you can eat and looks like a book or makes reference to a book title or structure. Past entries have included Slaughterhouse Five, an array of ham, brie and crackers, Madeline, a tray of madeleines,  and The Grapes of Wrath, a bowl of grapes with googly eyes. Make a “book” or come see the show. There is no fee, just bring some tea!

This event is conducted in coordination with the International Edible Book Festival. Learn more at Books2Eat.com.
