Shaunda Sekai Holloway is a painter, printmaker, curator, and writer working in New Haven and Hamden. Recently, she curated the “Remember My Struggle: Kae Me Br3” exhibition at Southern Connecticut State University, as a part of SCSU’s “1619: A Week of Commemoration” series. Holloway’s writing has been published in ESSENCE magazine, CT Post, the Inner City News, New Haven Review, Stand Our Ground: Poems for Trayvon Martin and Marissa Alexander and other publications. Her paintings and prints have been exhibited throughout the East Coast, and across the globe, including New Delhi, India. Most recently, Holloway was named a 2020 New Haven Arts Award recipient.

Megan Jeffery
Megan Jeffery, an Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) alumna, is an illustrator, maker, and teaching artist. As an illustrator specializing in the educational and editorial fields, her work has appeared in books, magazines, and in international classroom curriculums. As a maker, Megan's three-dimensional works are frequently in fiber and in miniature, and often puppet-based. These works have been sold in online and brick-and-mortar shops, at trade and craft shows, and at open studios. Her puppets and miniatures have also been featured at Providence Children's Museum, Florence Griswold Museum, and RISD's Woods-Gerry Gallery. Megan was also pleased to have been a participant in the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Puppetry Conference. As a teaching artist, Megan has written curriculum for a national art & design school, has facilitated a host of media explorations for a spectrum of ages, and she’s excited about the art-making possibilities at CAW!
