Celebrate the return of nature and the beauty of the planet while considering the color and light illuminating our surroundings in the spring.
This basic class will meet indoor and focus on painting natural forms set in interior environments, often of the student’s own design. Students will explore techniques for mixing and applying paint as well as composition and ideas about space while viewing other artists’ works.
Please bring a medium-size flat bristle oil/acrylic paint brush to the first class and a tube of black and white acrylic or oil paint. A more complete materials list is detailed below and the instructor will go over it at the first class.
