Explore the magical process of monotype printmaking using a wide variety of techniques and materials in this exciting, mixed-media workshop.
Students will be guided through several approaches to this most painterly of printmaking techniques, such as reductive and additive inking, stencil printing, and layering of imagery. Individual style and experimental approaches to the medium are encouraged.
Students will come away from this class with one or more unique prints. Demonstrations as well as individualized instruction is ongoing throughout the day.
Various tools and supplies provided. Open to all experience levels.
The tuition for this class includes a materials fee of $10 for basic materials provided by CAW.
School Policies
Students who withdraw 48 hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund or credit toward another class, less a $25 registration fee.
