VISITOR SERVICES ASSISTANT
Creative Arts Workshop (CAW) is seeking dependable and qualified candidates for a visitor services assistant position. This is a part- time, onsite position, with day time, evening, and weekend shifts available. In addition to providing services for our visitors—the first face and first voice that a student, visitor, donor, or board member encounters—other tasks, responsibilities, and special projects may be assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
You will be joining a small team who values positive, responsible, productive, and team-oriented colleagues.
Much of this position works with the public so potential employees must enjoy working with people and being responsive to their inquiries, have patience and positive problem solving skills, and be a good ambassador for the organization. This is a position with a high level of discretion as well as multiple tasks happening at one time.
Candidates should have a solid familiarity with general office applications including Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, Google/G Suite and Zoom. We will train you in our registration and donor management software but candidates should be familiar with these types of software.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
