It’s printmaking in reverse!
Instead of adding imagery to a surface, use bleach to subtract color. By stamping, painting, and dipping, students will create images and patterns on fabrics. In addition, students will create stencils, use found objects, and experiment with adding colors back into bleached areas.
Weather permitting, we’ll go outside to speed the drying of our printed pieces.
The tuition for this class includes a materials fee of $20 for basic materials provided by CAW.
