REGISTRATION
All registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please note that your place in a course is only secured with the receipt of your payment. All purchases are final.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND PRIVACY POLICY
If Creative Arts Workshop finds it necessary to cancel a class or workshop due to under-enrollment or an emergency, registered students will be notified via e-mail and tuition will be refunded.
If a program is oversubscribed when a student registers, the student will be given the option to waitlist at no charge, and will be notified if and when space becomes available. Students then have the option to enroll and will not be charged until they are formally registered in the class.
Students who withdraw from a class or workshop 48-hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund or credit toward another class, less a $25 registration fee. After that time, no consideration will be given except for medical reasons and with a note from the student’s physician, in which case a credit will be granted for unused classes going forward from the date CAW is notified.
Students who would like to transfer from one class to another after the first class but before the second may do so upon written request to CAW if space is available and any tuition difference is paid; no refunds or credits will be granted. After the second class, no transfers are permitted. No workshops transfers are permitted.
Students missing a regularly scheduled class or workshop will not receive a refund or credit. Makeup classes are at the discretion of the instructor.
Programs not held due to bad weather or instructor’s absence will be rescheduled. Visit www.creativeartsworkshop.org for weather cancellations.
Creative Arts Workshop reserves the right to change its calendar, withdraw, or modify course of instruction or substitute instructors at anytime.
Creative Arts Workshop reserves the right to withdraw any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental or disruptive to the functioning of the class, or creates an unsafe environment. This extend to, but is not limited to, sexual harassment.
Creative Arts Workshop is committed to your privacy. We will always make sure that any personal information you provide is kept confidential. It will not be sold or shared. Your email address may be used to keep you informed of current and upcoming CAW programs and events.
