Join us to mix more than paint at the next installment of Elm City Speed Dating, this time artistically themed! FREE to participate. Hosted by Creative Arts Workshop, Artspace, artist Cathy Reeve, and Dave Weinreb. Expose yourself with art!
All are welcome, event capped at 40 people.
Details:
- Arrive early or on time (7PM) as you would to a regular date.
- Food and beverages will be served.
- The night begins with a series of brief dates with prompts. Examples include:
- Describe your favorite New Haven place. Give clues, see if they can guess where it is.
- What was your most creative piece of childhood art? Could you recreate it with the supplies in the room?
- Speak only in questions.
- Following speed dating, there will be an artistic activity intended to facilitate you continuing conversations with whoever you’d like.
