Immerse yourself in hours of focused printmaking. CAW’s studio is equipped for multiple techniques, such as monotype, intaglio, and relief. An overview, demonstrations, and instruction will be provided for beginners, focusing primarily on monotype printmaking. Returning and experienced participants may bring works in progress, or use the time to experiment and continue exploration of their primary area of interest.
Tuition for this class includes a fee of $5 for basic materials provided by CAW.

Suggested Ages: 18+
Required Supplies: Roll of paper towels Optional (if you have them already): Palette knives Brayers Paintbrushes Decorative or collage papers Wood and lino blocks, or etching and monotype plates. CAW supplies inks, solvents, oils, acid, hand cleaner, etc. If you have printmaking supplies or paper, bring them to class. Students may buy paper (Paper: $3.00-$4.50 per sheet), plates, and tools as needed.
