Overcome the mystery of sewing and discover how fun and easy it can be. Learn the basics of machine sewing, including how to thread the machine and other basic operations. Practice sewing lines and going backwards before moving on to simple pieces for gift-giving. Choice of projects include a four-patch pin cushion, quilt blocks, or a lined purse or bag. You’ll be speeding along in no time. Feel free to bring your own machine or use the ones on hand.
The tuition for this class includes a fee of $20 for materials provided by CAW. See below for materials students will need to bring to class.
