Explore, learn, and practice a variety of drawing techniques while expressing a unique artistic style using drawing pencils, pens, markers, pastels, charcoal, and ink.
Demonstrations and exercises will include mark-making, line, form, negative space, blending, shading and value, visual texture, and 3-D effects. Draw objects, nature, animals, portraits/ people, and subjects of students’ interests to increase skills and confidence.
For returning students the class will include both new projects and review.
The tuition for this class includes a fee of $20 for basic materials provided by CAW.
School Policies
Students who withdraw 48 hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund or credit toward another class, less a $25 registration fee.
