A white line woodcut is a multi-color image printed from a single block of wood. The technique, done entirely by hand and without a press, was developed from traditional Chinese-style, multi-block woodcuts.
Yuemei will demonstrate step by step, how to use brush and knife to create and carve the image and print the block using water-based inks and hand pressure.
