Continue developing your skills in this beautiful art form as to achieve the ethereal qualities of watercolor painting.
Students will focus on working primarily with wet-on-wet techniques through landscapes. There will be instructor demonstrations at each class.
Everyone is encouraged to develop their own artistic style while getting accustomed to the techniques of the medium.
Tuition for this class includes a fee of $10 for newsprint provided by CAW.

Students who withdraw 48 hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund or credit toward another class, less a $25 registration fee.

These are supplies that students should bring to the first class -“Hardboard “ up to 16x20 in for backing, but any hard waterproof surface will do -Paint: 5 ml tubes of Cotman paint colors: Yellow ochre, cobalt blue, cerulean, alizarin red, ultramarine blue, raw umber, burnt sienna -Pad of Paper: Canson Watercolor 9x12 cold press 140 lb paper, 30 pages. $7-9 each -Brush: round brush- synthetic #10 or #12 for watercolor painting -Palette: traditional wood or paper or plastic is fine Miscellaneous: -Masking tape -Pencil and kneaded eraser -Water jar- ~12 oz plastic or glass cup or jar -Spray bottle for water -Roll of Bounty paper towel
