Explore playful and unexpected approaches to the process of observation, description, mark-making and composition.
Develop techniques to make abstract drawings that are rooted in direct observation and also pay attention to what is seen—or remembered—by the mind’s eye. In addition to fundamental exercises in gesture and contour, strengthen both technical skills and visual ideas as you create mixed media drawings that are personally meaningful and expressive. Jumpstart your creative confidence for future projects.
