Oil and water don’t mix, but they do make some great prints.
Learn the art of contemporary lithography where the image to be printed is drawn or painted on a stone or metal plate using a crayon or grease-based ink. Plates will include aluminum foil, Gum Arabic, polyester plates, and wood lithography.
No previous lithography experience is needed, but some printmaking experience is helpful even if it has been “been a while.”
Tuition for this class includes a fee of $20 for basic materials provided by CAW.
School Policies
Students who withdraw 48 hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund or credit toward another class, less a $25 registration fee.
