Creative Arts Workshop presents a special opportunity to learn with Doug Jones, a recent MFA graduate of Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (Print Media and Architecture, 2022). He specializes in all-inclusive, collaborative design, which includes his large-scale and public work. He also exhibits print, fiber, paint, drawing, and mixed media. https://dougjones.art/
Learn innovative approaches to image-making using the Artist’s STENCIL Technique (large-scale) and the Pochoir Technique (smaller-scale). A bridge between printmaking and painting, these are methods that can be worked on at home and don’t require a printmaking press. We will push the boundaries of materials and expand our visual language.
