Harold Shapiro has been a professional photographer for over 30 years and has mentored and inspired countless photography students as a faculty member at Creative Arts Workshop, where he’s taught for 35 years, and heads the Photography Department. “Luminous Instruments” exquisitely merges Shapiro’s two lifelong passions of music and photography. This exhibition and artist talk is made possible by The Bitsie Clark Fund for Artists, which named Shapiro as one of two grant recipients in 2019.
