All registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please note that your place in a course is only secured with the receipt of your payment. All purchases are final.
The decision to cancel a course which does not meet its required minimum enrollment is made one week before the class begins. If a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified via email or phone and full tuition will be refunded or may be applied to another course as a tuition credit.
Refunds for a student’s cancellation of a course can be made only for a medical reason and require a physician’s note.
A student missing a regularly scheduled course will not receive a refund. Students who withdraw from courses may receive a tuition credit minus the $25 drop fee in addition to any attended sessions from the time they notified the office.
Courses not held due to bad weather or instructor’s absence will be rescheduled by extending the course.
CAW reserves the right to change its calendar, withdraw or modify course of instruction, or substitute instructors at any time.
CAW reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental.
Email is our primary means of communication with students. It is your responsibility to keep your email address, phone, and physical address up to date in your account. Your email address is automatically added to our e-newsletter list so you don’t miss important news and updates.
The Workshop is accessible to all. Please let us know of any special needs you might have and we will accommodate them.
The Workshop periodically documents courses through still photography and video for publicity purposes. Registration in a course at CAW includes permission to photograph you and/or your artwork and to use your image in its publicity materials.
As a courtesy to instructors and your fellow students, we ask that you silence your cell phone ringer. If you need to take a call, please step out of the classroom to do so.
